Time based bars on a non-time based chart

Hi,

Is it possible to show time based bars (eg. 30 mins) on a non-time based (eg. 10 pips range) chart? Thanks.

Yes, this is possible. The first thing you need to do is add another pane to the chart.  When adding the second pane or after, you can change the periodicity of the instrument being charted in the new pane.

To add a second pane:

  1. Right click chart, choose Add/Delete/Edit, Add Instrument.
  2. Select symbol and choose "Create New Pane" in lower left corner of window.
  3. Select periodicity, chart type, etc. Press OK.
