This article applies to MarketDelta Trader ONLY.

Virtually all login issues can only be resolved by your broker. Only they have the ability to reset your login. MarketDelta does not have that ability.

Login Failed: SoftwareNotPermitted - This error refers to MarketDelta Trader not being permissioned correctly by your broker. Your broker needs to enable you for MarketDelta Trader. Some brokers have broker portals where you can login and enable your username for "MarketDelta".

Login Failed: Expired - This error occurs when the login issued by your broker has expired. In this case, you need to contact your broker. If the Demo time has expired you will need to open a live account to continue. Another potential reason for this error is you are trying to login from an unauthorized country where your broker is unable to conduct business.

Login Failed: Invalid/Unauthroized Private Label - This error occurs when your CQG login is not permissioned for MarketDelta. Contact your broker and provide them with your login ID and ask it be permissioned for "MarketDelta".

Login Failed: Can't start or connect to GUI-less CQGTrader application This error occurs when your CQG login is not permissioned for MarketDelta. Contact your broker and provide them with your login ID and ask it be permissioned for "MarketDelta".
