No Account Selected - Could Not Place Order Error

An account must be selected from the account drop down menu prior to placing the first order. Once selected, it will stay on the selected account unless changed. Account selection is tab specific. Other tabs can have other accounts specified.

If an account is not specified the error message below will popup as a warning.
