The Red Carpet Setup is a service administered by MarketDelta support and is designed for those wanting specialized 1 on 1 service. It consists of a scheduled login session where a support representative logs into your computer and helps setup the software in any way you need help. The session usually lasts about 30 to 35 minutes.

If you are not sure what questions to ask, it can be used as a general setup and walk through of the software and functionality.

From feedback we have received, this time has been very valuable and helped speed up the learning curve of those who have participated. Multiple sessions can be scheduled if necessary.
