If you are a Trial user, the ZenFire data feed does not provide Tick backfill, so you cannot populate footprint charts with bid/ask information. Other type of charts should backfill if you are using minute-data. Try the Download button on the main MarketDelta toolbar, and choose the symbol of interest. Set the download to 1-minute (it defaults to Tick, so you will need to change this). Then choose a setting of a few days, for starters, and press Download and Close.
