Since last week I get multiple times per day a message stating that there is a license eroor code -23 and that my license is installed on another computer. I only run MD from one computer. When I continue to work all works well, but sometimes the message gets back. I also encounter frequent DTN IQ datafeed stops since this license code error message occurs.
It looks as if the licensing management process has been changed. Please let me know if you need additional information.
Message: License code [REMOVED] is activated on another computer. error -23.
Market Delta 10.3.9. Windows 7 Prof. Modern PC with Intel 5 and 8Gb memory.

Hi Michael,
The -23 error does occur under a variety of scenarios:
1) Immediately after a software upgrade, if the license was not de-activated prior to the upgrade.
2) Licensing the software on another PC.
3) Running the software with unusual hard drive setups, or inside virtual machines, can create various license errors as well.
I have de-activated the license so it should activate. But you may wish to connect to our Live Chat support the next time this happens so we can more thoroughly investigate.

I do not recall de-activating the license prior to the upgrade.
And second, I run my Hard disk in RAID 1 - but suspect that is not the cause.

We have seen RAID setups cause problems in the past, and we've upgraded the licensing components to address these more carefully. We may need to run some license diagnostics on your PC to fully investigate this.
