"Trader is not enabled to use MarketDeltaCloud. Please contact your FCM." This message is received after entering a valid CQG login and attempting to connect. This message proves your CQG login is valid and entered correctly, however, your login has not been permissioned for MarketDeltaCloud by your broker.
How to Resolve
- Contact your broker and ask them to enable your CQG login for MarketDeltaCloud (all one word) in CQG CAST. If they are still unsure how to do this have your broker contact the FCM or they can contact us.
- After they have confirmed your login has been enabled, try logging back in by refreshing the page or logging back in at http://cloud.marketdelta.com/.
