Keep Getting Kicked Out of App

If you experience frequent disconnects or getting kicked out of the app here is a checklist of things to try.

  1. Verify don't have the application open and running on another computer OR in another tab on the same computer. This is the most common scenario.

    RESOLUTION: Close all open tabs or instances of the app and try logging back in.

  2. Try a different internet connection at another house, place of work, or coffee shop. We have seen some peoples internet connections to be spotty and not consistent. This causes a drop in the connection.
