If you experience frequent disconnects or getting kicked out of the app here is a checklist of things to try.
- Verify don't have the application open and running on another computer OR in another tab on the same computer. This is the most common scenario.
RESOLUTION: Close all open tabs or instances of the app and try logging back in.
- Try a different internet connection at another house, place of work, or coffee shop. We have seen some peoples internet connections to be spotty and not consistent. This causes a drop in the connection.
